Gina Sandals

by pinkSandals

Celebrities from Paris Hilton to Penelope Cruz are forever photographed wearing the latest handcrafted designs of Gina sandals. The exquisite footwear has earned a reputation for creative excellence. Each season brings a beautiful new range that always succeeds in pleasing their faithful fans.

Gina’s dominance of the luxury footwear market is centred around their trendy boutiques in London, located on Bond Street and Sloane Street. The company also has a new boutique in Dubai.

The company (Gina Shoes) was established in 1954 by Master Shoemaker Mehmet Kurdash, who had the dream to create handmade glamorous footwear. He named the empire after favourite actress, the alluring Gina Lollobrigida. He dedicated himself to beauty, and through his life never compromised on quality, crafting his designs out of the most beautiful skins.

Today, the driving force behind the elegant footwear and handbags company is Mehmet  Kurdash’s three sons, Attila, Aydin and Altan Kurdash. They have carried on the tradition of top quality and innovative designs set up by their father and the company thrives.

With more than 100 years family history in couture footwear, the brothers’ outstanding talents interweave across the design, manufacture, and retailing of Gina. Now, breathtaking new designs are being created that continue to set the world alight and are the talk of the society pages.

Gina Sandals are available in striking designs - some of the most ravishing are detailed below:

  • Elvis

  • Athena

In 2008, Gina won damages from a high street chain who sold copycat designs of their trademark Gina sandals, thus proving they are a company proud of their own unique designs, and so they should be!
